Some like it hot

Just getting ready to make a chicken panang curry for dinner. As I gathered the ingredients, I thought when we go to Som Sak (Our favorite Thai Restaurant it’s in Voorhees) I always order my meal 3 stars hot, while Lydia orders hers 2 stars. So, I looked through my chile powders & hot sauces & decided I’d add some chile de arbol to my curry to get me my extra star. I have a little bit of our habanero mash, that I keep handy in my fridge for those days that I really need some fire, but I thought it might be a bit overpowering for the panang. Well all this thought of spiciness, got me thinking the level of heat at the restaurants & thought why not feature a dish or two each month that have a little extra kick to them.

I came in on Wednesday 6-22-11 for my first lunch in your restaurant. I was greeted at the door with a warm smile and kind words by a server named Angela. The salad with chicken I had was a taste sensation!! Also, Angela came to my table frequently to ask if everything was OK, and if I needed anything else. Also, I observed the other servers on the floor giving the same GREAT service to other guests. My lunch bill for food and beverage, including take-out food came to$21.83. I work in the hospitality industry, also for tips, and what I observed in your restaurant could be used as a training course in FINE HOSPITALITY SERVICE. My tip for Angela was $23.17 and she actually desrved more. Also, I appreciate the time the owner took to come to my table and speak to me. Tell all of your people to keep up the great work
